Deposit:
A £50 deposit is payable prior to the start of your holiday. This will be refunded in total within 2 weeks after the end of your stay at The Old Power House, providing the house has been left in the condition in which you found it.

We have adopted a strict No Smoking policy and No Pets policy and we request that all guests comply in this regard.

Directions to Southill Hall, Plawsworth From Durham:
Follow the A167 out of Durham to Red Lion, Plawsworth after the roundabout turn right into the village and follow road through. After the humped back bridge over the railway line take a right hand turning sign posted 'Private - No Entry'. Follow the road along, past the indoor riding school to the property.
Directions to Southill Hall, Plawsworth From Newcastle Upon Tyne:
Take the junction 63 A1(M) exit to Chester le Street. Turn off and follow the A167 south to Durham. Approximately three miles South of Chester Le Street you will enter the village of Plawsworth. Take your left hand exit and follow the road down towards the river, approximately 1 mile. After the humped back bridge over the Railway Line take a right hand turning sign posted 'Private - No Entry'. Follow the road along, past the Indoor Riding School to the property.
