First Floor:
A gallery bedroom overlooking lounge with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.

General:
Heating is by modern wall mounted electric convector heaters and feature Cast Iron Stove incorporating 2kw Dimplex fan heater for instant heat. Water is heated by electric immersion heater with independent electric shower. The bedrooms and bathroom are carpeted throughout with modem facilities. Duvets and pillows are provided as is linen and towels. Ample car parking in a large gravel parking area off the main driveway.
